So we are all aware that the Verizon iPhone will be released on February 3rd with the general release on February 10. This means that the Verizon iPhone we have all been waiting for is only a week away. We will no longer have to deal with poor customer service from AT&T and many of you who commented on this site will be able to get their first iPhone and remain loyal to Verizon.
Yet we are still unsure of the exact Verizon iPhone pricing plans that will be offered. It is looking likely that Verizon will offer a massive strategic advantage over AT&T by offering an unlimited data plan. According to The Wall Street Journal, Verizon will offer a $30 a month plan with unlimited data usage. Even more exciting is that many are speculating that Verizon will allow free tethering, which AT&T are currently charging $20 a month for.
We are expecting that Verizon may announce further pricing details later today when they announce their quaterly earning. We will keep you posted.
What do you make of the unlimited data plan?
